Nagindas Khandwala College of Commerce, Arts and Management Studies is managed by Malad Kandivli Education Society. The College started initially with a Commerce stream by enrolling 330 students on July 23, 1983. Subsequently, it started the Arts stream in 1988-89. Nagindas Khandwala College of Commerce, Arts and Management Studies is affiliated to University of Mumbai (Bombay). The college offers Bachelor of Arts, Commerce, Science, Computer Applications and Management, Master of Science, Commerce, Arts, Computer Applications, Business Administration and  Diploma course. The College is a partner institution under the Convergence Scheme of the Indira Gandhi national Open University (IGNOU).
