Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology was established under Manjara Charitable Trust in 1992. It is one of the ISO 9001:2000 Certified premier educational institutions. It is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E.), New Delhi. The institute has been awarded “A” grade by the Govt. of Maharashtra.
