It is established and managed by Saraswathi Vidya Bhavan, and Education Trust registered with the Charity Commissioner, Greater Mumbai, bearing Registration No. E -10334 (Bom.).

The College is located in a magnificent building of Ground + 3 floors on a sprawling land of 5 acres, amidst green and serene surroundings, conducive to research and higher studies.
