Though a Corporate entity today, the friendly tradition and atmosphere of a family enterprise is maintained through the total involvement in teaching of the Directors  Mrs. Romila Shyam, a versatile cosmetologist and expert in Indian herbal cosmetics, Beauty treatments and Skin therapy and her daughter Sunita Motwani- Makhija, an Internationally qualified beautician, Hairdesigner and Onychologist – one who had been acclaimed by the Press as India’s Youngest Accomplished Beautician.

Schnell Hans is the pioneer in a number of training programmes. The syllabus of the courses conducted at Schnell Hans are based on International Standards and over 1000 beauticians both from India and abroad including U.S.A., U.K., Canada, Dubai, Kenya, Australia, Malaysia have been trained at Schnell Hans. Both theoretical and practical aspects are covered with practicals on live models- providing total Hands-on learning and the courses have been the foundation of many successful Salon owners and stylists. Schnell Hans Diploma holders are confident to either start their own beauty salons or take up jobs as a beauty therapist or hairdresser.
