Shailendra Education Society’s Arts, Science & Commerce College

Shailendra Educational Society's Arts, Science and Commerce College was established in September 1994. This college is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and the College volunteered to be assessed by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore. The college has a ground plus four floors with class rooms, Central Computer Laboratory, Library, Principal's office, staff room, Canteen, Rifle Shooting Range, Gymkhana, Gymnasium, separate common room for girls, a PCO, a guest room, auditorium, etc. It is located in an urban area covering 1.15 acres of land. The college has a committed, dedicated and qualified faculty.

The college has got various extension activities such as personality development, moral and ethical values, social awareness programmes etc. Central Library is having 3336 books and 25 National Journals/Periodicals. The college has a very effective co-ordinating and monitoring mechanism. The NSS Unit of the college has secured the Certificate of Appreciation by the Federation of Bombay Blood Bank for its praiseworthy work. The college collaborates with the Bombay Municipal Corporation in it various Health and Hygiene Programs.At present this college offers undergraduate programes like BA, BSc and BCom.
