About St. Andrew’s College

St. Andrews College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Mumbai was established in 9 July 1983 by Archbishop Simon Pimenta and was housed in the premises of the St. Andrew’s Junior College. The College started with 194 students and progressively increased to their present strength of over 4000 students. St. Andrews College is accredited by N.A.A.C. with B+ Grade. The mission of St. Andrews College is to mould students to be morally upright, socially committed and spiritually inspired by Christian principles to be responsible citizens of India and the world and to enable students realize their full potential in academic, cultural and sporting pursuits.

The College have well qualified and experienced faculty, all committed to the search for and communication of knowledge. The College believes that academics must not be only area of achievement students should participate wholeheartedly in music, drama, dance and sports. As the management of the college has a broad vision of education, it was quick in introducing new degree courses as the Mumbai University opened their doors to various disciplines.
