Haji JamaluddinThim Trust was established in the year 1982 with the laudable objective of providing opportunity of Higher Education to the Students. Our trust has stated Medical Centre in the year 1982 at Santacruz ( West), Mumbai & providing Medical Services& Treatment to the needy & down trodden people irrespective of their religion, cast & creed. The trust is also known for their Philanthropic contribution in the Noble cause of education to students.

The trust has established a college named as THIM COLLEGE, THANE. Since the Hotel Industry is one of the most expanding industry throughout the world, hospitality & Tourism services are generating tremendous employment & business opportunities to trained professionals world wide.

Keeping in mind the shortage of trained manpower & changing scenario, the trust started Bachelor of Hotel & Tourism Management Studies (BHTMS) and B. Sc. Computer Science with permission from Govt. of Maharashtra and University of Mumbai has given permission/affiliation to run the said courses. The nomenclature of the course of the Bachelor of Hotel & Tourism Management Studies (BHTMS) is changed to B. Sc. Hospitality studies as per circular No. UG/422 of 2006, dated 16.10.06.
